Nimble Answers has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising. Nothing about you is collected, stored or sold. The app is not able to identify you, because it never asks who you are.
Only the text of the question you type, and only when answering it requires information the app does not already have.
nimble-answers.trommatic.workers.dev, which runs Google's Gemma and Alibaba's Qwen models on Cloudflare Workers AI. If you pick Claude or OpenAI in Settings and enter your own key, the question goes to Anthropic or OpenAI instead. If you don't allow it, nothing is sent to any AI service. You can change your answer in Settings at any time. These requests carry your question and nothing else. No identifier, no account, no device fingerprint, no location, no contacts, no history of what you asked before.
The answering service keeps no record of your questions or the answers it returns. It holds a short-lived count of requests per network address purely to enforce a rate limit and prevent abuse. That count expires on its own and is never linked to a person.
Your recent searches and your chosen theme are stored on your device only, and are removed when you delete the app.
DuckDuckGo, Wikipedia, Cloudflare and, if you chose them, Anthropic or OpenAI each receive the question text when a request reaches them, and each handles that request under its own privacy policy. The app shares nothing with them beyond the question itself.
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
